As Cucumber contains astringent and anti-inflammatory property, you can use cucumber juice for this purpose. Simply put few drops of cucumber into your eyes and close them for some time. Rinse eyes with water afterwards.

Add an ounce of bruised flaxseeds into half a cup of boiled water. Steep aside for 5-10 minutes after mixing them well. Once it becomes cold, strain excess of water and place the remaining flaxseeds into a clean cloth. In the final step, keep the cloth on your eyes and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Repeat the process 3-4 times a day and you can get rid of inflammation very soon.
