Roast a mixture of coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds and cumin seeds (quarter cup each) and pound the seeds. Add one teaspoon of this powder to a cup of boiling water. Add some rock candy to it. Heat the solution for 5 minutes. Strain and drink it to heal common cold.

Add one tsp of turmeric powder to four glasses of water and allow it to boil. Leave for about 10 minutes and then strain the solution.
