Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar helps in restoring the PH balance of the sore skin, and in turn accelerates the healing process. Just apply the apple cider vinegar directly on the affected area, after taking a bath, and leave it on. You can even mix some apple cider vinegar with your bath water and bathe regularly with it to get rid of sunburn.
Honey not only has a soothing effect on the skin, but also hydrates the skin and prevents any form of infection, due to its anti-bacterial properties. It is also useful in treating minor burns. Simply apply honey on the affected area with the help of cotton; also, you may bandage the area for protection. This would help you recover rapidly.
Cucumber has a cooling effect on the skin; also, it is loaded with anti-oxidants, which help in refreshing and healing the sore skin. Take a chilled cucumber and mash it thoroughly. Apply the pulp on the affected area and leave it on for 20-30 minutes. Rinse off gently with cold water. Regular use will help in relieving the pain and itchiness; and also cure the burn.
